E.L.B.A., thanks to a methodology based on systemic analysis, is able to evaluate the effectiveness of projects concerning innovation. Moreover, it aims at making new partnerships for the development of research and innovation projects easier, in a context where the complementarity of competencies is essential.

Lastly, apart from the research and individuation of financial tools for specific projects, it assists operators in financial management, monitoring and accounting.
